MAKE A LIST OF 10 THINGS YOU'RE GRATEFUL FOR!



Gratitude is a catalyst for the flow of abundance into your life! The more you demonstrate gratitude, the more you have to be grateful for.

Here's the scoop:
What? - Sit down and write out a list of 10 things you're grateful for. Think about the many blessings in your life, big and small, and spend time meditating on how fortunate you are to have those things. Then say a prayer of thanks for your blessings.

Why? - No matter what situation you're in, it could always be worse! Plus, most of us are extremely blessed but don't realize it because we spend so much time complaining and focusing on getting what we don't have. Being grateful opens the door for wonderful things to flow to us.

How? - Make your list today and consider gratitude journaling every day by jotting down 3-5 things you're grateful for. Spending time doing this exercise in the morning puts you in a state of mind to thrive and enjoy the richness of your life.
